empowerHER
A year-long girls' confidence & participation initiative
empowerHER is designed for Key Stage 2 girls who may lack confidence, have disengaged from physical activity, have developed a negative perception of PE or sport, or simply need support to believe in themselves.
Delivered across four sessions in the academic year, the programme uses physical activity, teamwork and reflection to develop confidence, resilience and a positive relationship with movement.
Rather than creating better sports performers, empowerHER develops girls who are confident enough to participate — not just in sport, but in every opportunity life presents.
